Spiritual Awakening
Topics from Advaita-inspired wisdom: the illusion of self, consciousness, suffering, compassion, and purpose.
Lessons
- 1. The illusion of self – What we call 'I' is a flow of thoughts and memories. This lesson explores the illusion of a fixed self and the freedom that comes from seeing through it.
- 2. Consciousness – Consciousness is what you are. It is not an object you have—it is the light in which everything appears. We rest as that.
- 3. Suffering and liberation – Suffering arises when we resist what is. Liberation is not elsewhere—it is the peace that appears when resistance drops.
- 4. Compassion – Seeing that we are not separate, compassion arises naturally. We practice extending kindness to ourselves and all beings.
- 5. Purpose – Purpose is not something to find out there—it unfolds from presence. When the mind is quiet, what matters becomes clear.
