Enlightenment Meditation
A five-step path from awareness to non-dual experience. For those drawn to self-inquiry and stillness.
Lessons
- 1. What is awareness – Awareness is the silent background in which all experience appears. In this lesson we explore the nature of awareness—the unchanging witness of thoughts, sensations, and emotions.
- 2. Observing thoughts – Thoughts come and go. Here we learn to watch thoughts without getting lost in them—like clouds passing through the sky of awareness.
- 3. Witness consciousness – You are not your thoughts. You are the witness of thoughts. This lesson deepens the recognition of the witness—the silent presence that is always here.
- 4. Ego dissolution – The sense of 'I' as a separate self is a thought. In stillness we inquire: who am I when there are no thoughts to identify with?
- 5. Non-dual experience – Awareness and the content of awareness are not two. This meditation points to the seamless unity of experience—one presence, one reality.
